The Third Arc Begins.

The transition was even more abrupt this time. I found myself in a rainless thunderstorm, with strong wind and a gale of fallen leaves. I was on the ground in some forgotten city, all buildings in ruin. Large, bearded, rough-looking men were all over the place. A couple of them surrounded me, but they weren't trying to corner me. They were trying to protect me. Their backs were to me, facing one direction, and when I followed their gazes, I saw Slenderman... on a high-wheeled, penny-farthing bicycle.

Ding ding!

Then this whole battle started. The bearded guys around me all got their hands on their own penny-farthing bikes and started charging at Slenderman, whose objective was getting to me. Momentarily disoriented, I found my own penny-farthing bicycle, mounted, and tried getting away. No matter how far I rode, the battle was right behind me. My bearded allies weren't that competent against Slenderman. He always got around them somehow, and remained ever close.

I reached the end of the ruined city and —surprisingly— managed to ascend a large grassy hill. When I reached the top, breathless, I looked down and saw my protectors hurling themselves at Slenderman, but even when he got hit, he drew away to recover and continued pursuit of me. I decided to keep going as fast as I could. I felt more urgency in this world, as if I had something to lose. I realized that if Slenderman caught me this time, he would kill me. I would die for real. He would win.

The field was huge and spacious beyond that hill, but soon I saw an ampitheatre in the distance. I ride for it with all my strength and endurance, and soon I enter the dome. My dream had writing at the bottom of the image, making my actions feel like the intro-credits to a movie. What's bizarre is that the title came up and said "The 133rd Mile Champ." I don't know what that was supposed to mean, and I don't think I'll ever find out.

I jumped off my bike and onto the stage. It was here I saw my close friends. I didn't have time to speak with them (since I was running for my life), and I don't think they had time for me because they were preparing for their play.*

*Like ThinkFast, this part of the dream was formed because of the current reality. Some of my good friends have Drama class together and they are currently getting ready for a production for the school called Mousetrap. 'Strange how my mind works. The only difference between this and ThinkFast is that I was already aware of there being a play.

For some reason, I went straight for the refreshment table. I didn't know what I was looking for until I saw it; a large pretzel, the soft, fresh ones you get at sport's games.

Suezo, a figure/cartoon character in the animated show Monster Rancher, suddenly appeared and jeered at me.

"I really question your taste in food!"
